Terms of Use
The rules governing access to and use of the tunisie-avocat.com platform.
Last updated: 26 June 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the tunisie-avocat.com platform and its private area app.tunisie-avocat.com (the "Platform"), a management tool intended for a law firm, its collaborators, its partners (accountant, bailiff) and its clients.
Accessing the Platform constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Access and accounts
Access to the private area is reserved for persons holding an account. Accounts are created by the Firm (administrator); clients may, where applicable, be invited to activate their access.
Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. Any unauthorised use must be reported to the Firm without delay.
3. Compliant use
The user undertakes to use the Platform in a fair and lawful manner. The following are notably prohibited:
- any attempt to access data or areas to which the user is not authorised;
- any action intended to disrupt, overload or compromise the security of the service;
- the uploading of unlawful content or content infringing the rights of third parties.
4. Service availability
The Firm and its technical provider strive to ensure the availability of the Platform, without guaranteeing the total absence of interruption. Maintenance operations may cause temporary unavailability.
5. Intellectual property
The Platform, its structure, its content and its graphic elements are protected. The documents and data uploaded by the Firm and its users remain their property; they are used only to provide the service.
6. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, available at tunisie-avocat.com/confidentialite, which forms an integral part of these terms.
7. Professional secrecy
Case-related data falls under the lawyer's professional secrecy. Access is partitioned by role and by case; each user undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the information they have access to.
8. Liability
The Platform is a management tool; it does not replace the lawyer's legal advice. The Firm and its provider cannot be held liable for the consequences of use that does not comply with these terms or of the use of credentials by an unauthorised third party.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the competent Tunisian courts, failing an amicable resolution.
10. Contact and changes
For any question relating to these terms: contact@tunisie-avocat.com. The Firm may amend these terms; the applicable version is the one published on this page.
