Maître Nabil Belhassen
Lawyer at the Court of Cassation · Former magistrate · University lecturer
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Tunis in 1997, Maître Nabil Belhassen joined the Higher Institute of the Judiciary, from which he graduated in 1998, then served as a magistrate until September 2013, before joining the Bar, where he is admitted directly to the Court of Cassation.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Fundamental Public Law and a specialised Master's in Tax Law from the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of Tunis, as well as a third-cycle diploma in Human Rights from Université Paris Nanterre and Université de Nantes.
